All engineering problems are people problems.
Engineers see a problem and want to use a computer or a machine or some techincal thing to resolve it. This often works for the types of problems engineers tackle. However, sometimes engineers get confused or frustrated when an obviously good solution to the technical aspects of the problem fail to take off or cause more problems than are solved.
Humans aren't machines and don't react like machines do. You can't just treat people as a problem to be solved. You have to treat people like people and then solve their problems with that in mind.
